I’m usually pretty skeptical about hiring contractors down here because half of them don’t even show up to give a quote. Armando actually answered his phone, came out when he said he would, and walked the property with me. The yard was an absolute mess of crabgrass and ruts from old construction work. His crew stripped everything, leveled out the low spots so water wouldn't pool anymore, and laid down some of the healthiest St. Augustine I’ve ever seen. It’s been three weeks and the lawn looks like a golf course fairway. Worth every penny.
